Casa Vasconi is a beautiful 200 sq.meters flat in a historical building in the heart of Cernobbio, the famous house with painted map of Como lake.
It is located in the ancient road of Lake Como, the Regina street , easily accessible from Milan and Switzerland.
Here you can find where we are.
The location is strategic for visiting Lake Como and all the important nearby events.
The House
The apartment consists of two floors:
at first floor you will find a big living room with 50" QLED TV and library, where you can relax by watching a movie or by listening music, two small balconies facing the lake, the fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a big table.
At the second floor you will find two bedrooms with air conditioning system, a workspace, a laundry and a big wardrobe.
Two bathrooms available, one for each floor.
The flat is reachable only by stairs, wonderful stairs.
Windows look both on the lake side and on the main street of the village where you can find plenty of shops, bakeries and restaurants.

- Casa Vasconi is not available for parties, bachelor / bachelorette parties and any kind of parties in general (the house is more than 120 years old and doesn't like parties so much).
